Premium Plan not recognized

Hi,
I have been running Volumio 3.198 with premium Plan (register in volumio account) but when i want to learn more on singer (metadata) from a album stored on my USB Hard drive, Volumio answer me that this needs premium plan. When i press upgrade to premium i have the page that i’ve been allready on premium plan…

Thanks for answer. The RPi4 with volumio is in my compagny office and i go through office network for internet. I don’t know how to check SSL status.
Maybe i will need to ask for help to the compagny that install the whole office network…
