Paid for Virtuoso plan and still on free plan!

Hi There,

I was on a free trial for Virtuoso and decided to cancel after the trial ended and i was charged the yearly subscription fee since i was late to cancel, but to my suprise i was put back on the free plan regardless.

Now i am out of pocket and still on a free plan after paying for the yearly subscription!

What do i do now, i keep emailing support and no response from them?
