A family member bought Virtuoso a couple of weeks ago (yearly plan) after my recommendation. The money has been drawn but he did not get any conformation e-mail. And since yesterday he only has the FREE version for some reason. If he chooses the Virtuoso plan they want him to put in his credit card data again.
He uses Tidal a lot and is therefore very frustrated. There is no contact information for Volumio.
What to do?
