I want access to volumio from the outside, that is to say access by inernet.
I am on a livebox so I use No-ip since my public IP address changes with Orange.
In volumio help, off-lan connection, you have to modify line 49
Code:
res.json({ host: ‘http://’+self.host});
by my IP address, so for me it’s XXXX.no-ip.info:3000
but it doesn’t work, even if I put the public IP address at the time of connection.
In the help it returns on the file to modify restapi.js and on line 49 i there is not the same code proposed!
hostsarray.push(‘http://’ + status.ipv4_address);
And I’m not a json pro!!
Is there anyone among you who could tell me the procedure for accessing from the outside?
The goal is to install the raspberry and volumio in a chapel or when you open the door when you enter volumio launches a play-list.
And access from the outside to be able to change the play-list, change the pieces of music on the usb stick…
Without access from the outside I’m stuck!

Le but c’est d’installer le raspberry et volumio dans une chapelle ou lorsque l’on ouvre la porte lorsque que l’on rentre volumio lance une play-liste.
Et l’accès de l’extérieur à pour but de pouvoir changer la play-list, changer les morceaux de musique sur la clef usb…
Sans accès de l’extérieur je suis coincé!
