Hi,
I’ve using a Volumio Primo for years without any problems. I only use it to play music files in a external SSD attached by USB. Analog out to Audio Note DAC.
I had to disconnect it all when changing to full fibre broadband a few days ago.
I restarted it and all looked OK but there was no volume when tracks were playing. I did a full factory reset and again everything looked OK but no volume.
I have double checked all my connections to my hifi and that’s all OK.
Any help gratefully received.

It seems this is not the good Dac selected as output. In playback settings, select your usb dac and apply.
