So I bought a Raspberry Pi 2, mainly for use as a movie player but with Volumio as secondary use in mind. I have a large music collection (~66k files). The thingy behaves weirdly. It froze a couple of times when building the DB. Other times, I couldn’t get it to add the mounted NAS to the playlist no matter how hard I tried. Only a reinstall solved it. I didn’t do anything weird with it, like mess with the advanced configuration. The thing that makes it an immature app for me is that the behavior is erratic. The problems seem to come and go and the worst thing is that “Windows 95” vibe I get from it.
