Here Davide, Tech support & product specialist @Volumio,

For all Volumio supporters, I want to give some updates on the latest we have been working on.

We believe it is always important to keep the customer advised in order to be satisfied. Because it is thanks to you and all of the contributions we receive about each user experience how we continue improving the core of all our work, creative and R&D activities.

We want to keep going further regarding our support assistance and offer a new specialized service for our current Volumio users, to be always available and ready to go in-depth on tech issues. And for the ones who don’t know us yet but want to satisfy their curiosity about Volumio, we have something prepared for you as well.

I’m talking about tech support and help desk service managed remotely, by video call, in-depth, second level customer-service (email support still always active!), dedicated exclusively to the specific needs of the customer and, above all, (news!), training sessions to introduce you to the first steps in Volumio and our related products and, why not, update you on all the latest news!
