NanoSound CD plug in, no volume control for CDs

Hi,

I installed the NanoSound CD plug in and when playing CDs I do not get any volume control with the software mixer. It always plays CDs at full volume. I am able to control all other sources without issue with the software mixer.

I cannot find any setting to change this behavior.
