MyVolumio: Downgrade Subscription

Hi there,
I’m using the “Superstar”/yearly subscription.
And I’m wondering what will happen if I’ll cancel the subscription/downgrade…

As I’m using it for three month yet, will there be an automatic refund for the next 9 Months?

I recently cancelled my Virtuoso subscription and received no refund. I’d guess there was 6 months remaining on it. I’m not impressed. :frowning:
