I rectory upgraded from v1.4 to v2.0. I have noticed that I can no longer access my external USB HDD that is attached directly to my Pi.
I have all my music on a USB HDD that is connected to the pi, and it plays fine. However, I was able to access this USB drive via my Mac Finder though a network connection with the pi. I am now unable to do this on v2.0.
I have tried changing the SAMBA config file to allow a USB mount, but when I try to access on finder, the USB HDD is now mounted…which is a step in the right direction, but I restricted access and thus can’t read or write to it…
has anyone else had a similar problem and managed to fix it?
