No, only the remote control
No idea where you’re based but ModMyPi in the UK sell cheap receivers. I thought it was a fairly standard item, but there again, I assumed you would get one with your remote too 
Your best bet would be purchasing a JustBoom DAC, included you’ll find an IR receiver that you can solder to the board. Then it will work out of the box with the Volumio IR plugin
