Interrupt playlist to play audio File

I would like to know if this Feature already exists :question:

Let`s say I am Streaming Webradio. Then my dishwasher finished and I would like to Play a wav file “Dishwasher finished”.
This should not stop the current stream - it should be an overlay.
Optimal with fade-in and fade-out :laughing:

If this doesn`t exist - does anybody can guide me to get this Feature?

Would be great.
