First time booting up beaglebone black and seeing this error on console.

I do not have any external display handy so trying to bringup on serial console.

It just stays there and I do not get a login prompt

thanks.

I have 2 cubox-i pro4 and both do very similar things; mine do not show the shutdown text but certainly mine ends up with the same line as above. I have had it connect and used the web interface to enter all details but as soon as I pointed the library to my NAS things started to go sideways. I’ll take a copy of the text on the Bravia screen and post it in the morning (Australia Time)

Have just reflashed my SD card with the image file and started again. Changed almost nothing once logged on via www page; my NAS details were entered together with my network settings. The above message appeared only after the app started loading links (or whatever) to each of my music folders on the NAS. BUT, it is still loading the information and the above message is now only on my TV screen two times. I will leave it all running as there are > 15K files to determine. Watch this space; can easily get the webradio working even though it is only via HDMI and not SPdif. More tomorrow.
