Idsd nano black label not recognized

Hi,

Using a RPi 3 Model B v1.2 with the newest Volumio installed, sadly, my brand new ifi iDSD Nano Black Label is not recognised. When i plug it in nothing happens. I still have the same 2 Options for playback setting: HDMI/Audio Jack.

Output of lsusb -t:
volumio@volumio:~$ lsusb -t

Output of aplay -l

I am at a loss here :frowning: what else can i try?

I suggest to get

  • a log after a boot with the DAC plugged in
  • a log from a new boot with DAC unplugged, after manually connecting the DAC

Howto: Send a log

Hello gkkpch, thanks for your input, here are the logs:

Thanks in advance.

Yes, there are connection errors on the usb port, the same in both situations:

Did you try another port?
Do you have the possibility to try with a powered usb hub?
Can you try with another usb cable?
You may have to try a male-to-male usb cable to connect to the other ports

I have seen these issues being reported on PI 3 before, not sure if can help.
