I get no Email notification

Hello all together,

do not know, if I’m right here: I get no email notification of new posts in subscribed topics etc…

I several times checked all preferences in “User Control Panel”
I changed to another email adress.
==> no result.
Can anybody give me a hint what can be the reason?
