How to Subscribe to Podcast

I am now on the new interface, v 2.806.
I know this is a dumb question, but how do I ADD/SUBSCRIBE to a podcast? I have installed the v2.0 podcast plugin and there are some threads that say “click on the 3 dots”, but there are no dots in my interface.

@thundercow goto the plugins settings and find podcast plugin under installed plugins.
Click settings
you will see delete and add podcasts.
