How to off auto mount usb drive ?

Hi,
how to off auto usb mount hdd ?
I have 2x uSB HDD and volumio mount randomly hdd (once bigger hdd is a sda and smaller hdd is a sdb, another time bigger is sdb and smaller is sda).
I wont mount manually in fstab by UUID.
