How to mount ssd on sata Port with Udoo quad

Hello,
How can i mount a ssd Drive on the sata Port automaticaly? There is a Instruction michelangelo wrote, but it does not work because i cant edit /ect/fstab. Im using volumio 1.4 in Udoo quad.

I hope someone can help me.
