I ordered an Alli digione 3 days ago and havent heard anything from them except the “processing” update when i check on the order. Is there online communication normally this slow? I understand the holidays push things back but there is nothing on their website indicating a closure or delay. Is there a contact on this board to reach out to? Thanks just super excited and anxious to get it and set it up.
