How can I activate the Upmpdcli with Tidal?

Hello gentlemen,

Today, I update my odroid c1+ with new Volumio 2.118.
However BubbleUPnP in my android phone find no renderer and I can not use tidal streaming on my odroid.
Please give your kind advice reagrading this issue.
