Does anyone know where this is configured? I’ve had a good look, but can’t find it. For some reason, I have trouble remembering the default address and would like to change it to one that is more memorable to me.
You can’t change the default IP address on hotspot.
The IP is 192.168.211.1

Sorry, I wasn’t really clear. I know that there is no Voluimio UI way of setting the IP address of the AP, but it must be set somewhere in hostapd??
No, it’s on /volumio/app/plugins/system_controller/network/wireless.js
