Who I am is irrelevant.
i browsed the site hoping to get some infomation about Volumio and after reading every page (outside the forum) I still know almost nothing.
I love pretty icons and nice adjectives such as “awesome” and “gorgeous” but why the heck does this site lack a page that would summarize, let’s say :
- what hardware it runs on (including RAM and hard disk space requirements)
- what hardware remote apps run on (e. g. is my Nokia supported?)
- what hardware it connects to (UPNP? SMB?, etc.)
- an list of supported formats
- an summary of features, with some screen copies (browsing by composer? viewing lyrics?)
- a comparison with similar (or not?) software such as OpenElec
- some developer info (enhancement possibilities, etc.)
