New user of Volumio here. I am currently constructing a 6-channel Class-D amp system with a Beaglebone Black as the brains. I initially attempted to configure Ubuntu to do everything I wanted the amp to do, then I discovered Volumio and it was all done for me. =)
This looks like a fantastic project and I am eagerly awaiting v2 so I can add the ability to automatically switch on/off the amp, etc.
