I happened to notice that although I have this page sorted by Latest at the top, the activity column shows my I am seeing posts from 2018 and 2020 at the top, and it’s definitely not sorted by last activity date.
I could be doing something wrong, but that would mean it’s really not clear how to do it right…
Also… this the Help and Support category, but within that, there’s a “Help” category. I don’t really know what the difference is, or which I should be posting in…
