Error message: w1_master_driver w1_bus_master1: ... not regi

I keep getting this error message on a fresh install of volumio

In the terminal I get every couple of seconds a line like

[…] w1_master_driver w1_bus_master1: Family 0 for 00.740000000000.99 is not registered.
[…] w1_master_driver w1_bus_master1: Family 0 for 00.b40000000000.53 is not registered.

On the net I could find this error only as related to a thermo sensor connected via gpio.

However, the only thing connected is an IQAudio-Pi-Dac+. Via USB only a keyboard and WiFi-dongle.

I’ve used two different sd-cards using a fresh install of volumio.

I’ve tested this now with PiDac attached, and without, with USB-keyboard connected, and without. With wi-fi and without.
Even using only the raspberry without any peripherals (except monitor) this line pops up.

All this does not change the fact that this error line keeps popping up.

Interestingly, when using a raspian image (jesse lite) I am not getting this error msg. Therefore I assume it is a problem related directly to volumio.

Any ideas?

Hi Chris,

I´ve the same error message on a fresh installed volumio with QAudio-Pi-Dac+
… and no idea where it comes from. I’ve tested the same things / combinations.

On my raspsbbery runs “4_Volumio1.55PI2_IQaudio.img”.
I´ll test the “Volumio1.55PI.img” and the “0_quicktest.img” from
this weekend.

Let’s see what that brings.

I have the same issue with volumio 1.55 and a RPi 3.
No solution yet…
