Hardware: Rpi 3b+
DAC: USB AUDIO BRIDGE + BENCHMARK DAC
When finish playing a WAV/APE/FLAC music file,
if the next file is MP3, then the error will happen,there is no sound come out at all .
Or play MP3 file first, if the next file is WAV(APE/FLAC),
then will meet the same problem-- no sound.
I have to restart volumio and avoid mixing WAV/APE/FLAC and MP3 in the same playing list.
When error happens, if I insist to click any other file to play, Volumio will show
"Error
Failed to open “alsa”[als]; Error opening ALSA device “hw:5,0”,
snd_pcm_hw_params() failed: input/output error "
Below the summary of the error:
(1) WAV --> MP3, always error
(2) MP3 --> WAV, always error
(3) APE,FLAC --> MP3, error, very few times normal
(4) MP3 --> APE,FLAC, error, very few times normal
(5)no problem between WAV, APE, FLAC.
Hope there is any solution to solve this problem.
