We’re working on that, but its really not an easy task.
One question: are you playing from DLNA Server or directly from USB drive?

Ok, that was the issue.
Gapeless did not work with DLNA servers. I just fixed it, so you’ll have this problem solved in next release

Hi, same here with a new allo digione, attached to RPI3 with picoreplayer, the first 1 or 2 second of the song is only silence. This hapen with first song is played or in any songe change if the file resolutions are not the same (16/44 to 24/96 for example).
I had try several picoreplayer configs with no succes.
My network and the rest of the system does has only one change allo digione in replace of hifiberry digi+ …file are locally stored on NAS.
Any clue?
