corruption on first reboot

I loaded 1.2b on a fresh Kingston flash this morning. I then basically updated the webui with the script found here in the forums. I have the system setup on a monitor just to view the boot process for testing purposes and one thing I noticed after the first reboot on the way up that it complained that p1 may have corruption should run fsck on that partion. This was a clean img and only updated the gui and then rebooted the system via the webgui, so I am little confused on why it would be corrupted on the 1st partition.

I did not have a chance to run fsck on that part 1 this morning but I will later and report back. Just wondering if anyone else may have notice this.

raspi rev B. Kingston 16gB sdhc class 10. root partition not resized yet.
