Cold start with volumio

Good afternoon!
There are two systems based on pi boards

  1. Raspbery Pi4 + Volumio + Helix HEC HD Audio USB + Helix P SIX. The volume is controlled by URC.3

  2. Orange Pi Plus 2E + Volumio + PCM2704 DAC USB + AMP Euphoria. The volume is controlled programmatically in Volumio

The 2nd system in cold start plays immediately after loading
To play the 1st system after a cold start and boot, i need to switch the audio output to jack3.5 or hdmi and back to HEC in the settings of Volumio.

Versions of Volumio are the same 2.799

Can you tell me how to make the 1st system work without any manipulations?
