Can't Update from v 2.203

Hi All,
It has been a while since I have used Volumio. I am trying to update from v 2.203 to the current version.

Click on Check Updates and up comes the screen No Updates Available You’re already on the latest version.

I have left the Raspberry Pi on for a few hours to make sure that it was not uploading in the background. Have an internet connection, not sure what else to check.

You’re probably using a test version. (do you remember from where you downloaded it?)
I suggest to download the latest version and reflash
