Can't update from 2.773 to 2.779 version

Hello,
I have a Raspberry PI 3B+ version 2.773.
Trying to look for a new update, the system finds a new version (2.779). After confirming the update the system seems to work correctly, but after the restart the resulting version is still 2.773.
I have tried several times (even doing a factory reset) always with the same result.
How can I solve it?

Thank you
Emanuele

I wonder if you could send a log of your update process. Firstly, let’s try a live log (go to ipaddress/dev and select live log). Open another browser window to your device, and initiate an update. You can then follow the progress of this in the original window with the live log, and post it here.

Hi chsims1, thanks for the reply.
Here’s the log generated after my update attempt: http://logs.volumio.org/volumio/lEfnS7G.html

Seems that there is a no left space problem in some folders:

Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/mmcblk0p2 2.2G 2.1G 3.2M 100% /imgpart
/dev/loop0 334M 334M 0 100% /static
/dev/mmcblk0p1 61M 59M 1.9M 97% /boot

… maybe some temporary files that shouldn’t have been there

Your log doesn’t seem to extend to the part where you attempt to update Volumio, but it does appear that you are using only a small sd card. Can you try with a larger card please (8GB would be comfortable).

Secondly, but not connected, you have problems with some directories in your music library:

I’m using a 32gb card. It seems to be a space limit set only on those folders.

I “solved” formatting the card and installing a new fresh Volumio 2.779 version.
But now I still have problems with those folders you mentioned (they are empyt and I receive an error when I try to remove them), I think my hard drive is corrupted :-/
