This is correct, well done for noticing! I foolishly assumed that the user would know the correct NAS IP address.
To be fair, I struggled to get NFS working with Volumio, and I’ve been in IT most of my life.
Volumio has its roots in Voyage MPD and that was a pain to get working with NFS too, although a lot of that was due to the way the documentation was written. NFS was the only option too.
I’ve largely ditched Volumio now as life is too short and the Bluesound Node 2i exists which only supports CIFS. I still keep an eye on this project though. One day they may surprise me.
I’ve never had any problems with NFS, and of course the default option in Volumio is CIFS anyway.
