Cant connect to Primo after Router change

My old router died and ive now installed a new router.
Obviuosly i need to reconnect the Primo to the new router but i cant as i cant see a hotspot anywhere.
Ive tried a factory reset via a usb drive but that hasnt worked as far as i can tell but since i cant connect to the unit at all i have no way of knowing.
Any help woul dbe appreciated

have you tried to connect pc via Primo LAN and control Volumio in this way?
You can access easily to UI and set wifi as new
