I had intended to re-purpose and old lap top with a Distro tweaked for highest fidelity (also looking at Audiophile Linux). Will Volumio only work with the specified embedded devices or will it work on laptop as well? 
Sorry, only supported devices as of now. X86\generic build on to do list, but no ETA yet…
