If I connect a I2c lcd, will it just work? or do I need to alter the code

I’m looking for a tutorial on how to get a standard 20x4 lcd working… I see many have used 16x2 lcd in their designs, but cant find method.

Thanks for any help.

Also if i go I@C LCD will this still work with a DAC plugged into header (HIFI BERRY)

Yep you need to code it. But eventually in the future we’ll have a plugin for that…
