I use the Volumio interface from 2 devices, a desktop pc and a notebook.
In one I correctly see the artwork of the folders in my library, on another device not.
I guess it will be a cache problem, is there any way to refresh it? is another problem?
I use Volumio 2.245
My music -> Album art settings -> Reset album art cache
