When reading from USB/HDD/other, also look for the folders:
/art/artists/
/art/geners/
If the art exist use those images, otherwise from the internet. Pros:
- Users can override art for favorite artists
- Can have art for genres
- Faster than internet lookup
- Totally optional

Potential to also add art for:
/art/radiostations
I am not sure if each radio type would need its own sub folder:
/art/radio
/art/tidal

Potential to also add art for:
/art/mainoptions
these would be:
playlist.jpg, artists.jpg, albums.jpg, genres.jpg, radio.jpg etc…
