As a long time Volumio user, I wanted to share a simple DIY project I created recently.
It’s based on a Raspberry Pi + HiFiBerry, housed in an old CD Player case.

Nice, I always like to see old pieces of hardware being given new life and I like the LED status idea too.
Looks good. It’s always nice to have a great looking enclosure … my setups invariably have lights flashing all over in perspex stacks … not very restful nor cool to chill to. This is essentially what you are buying by spending your money on £££/EEE/$$$ upmarket streamers.
