Android Volumio App without WiFi

I noticed Android Volumio App doesn’t even try to connect to the Volumio server if “You are not connected to a WiFi network”.
That makes it impossible to reach a Volumio host behind e.g. OpenVPN.

Please let the Android App reach the Volumio host regardless of the way the client is connected to the network.

Hi,

I also ran into this limitation while trying to setup an Android tablet in “kiosk/wall mode” connected to the network with an Ethernet cable.

A setting to disable the WiFi check would be of a great value.

Encountered this limitation trying to use the app on a Xiomi MiBox Android TV .
Please allow wired connection!
