Hi all - Running 2.806 on pi 3 and the refresh speed using the Volumio Android app with a '19 flagship phone takes forever. I’ll lose control of the playback because of the long time it takes the interface to catch up with the current song. Is this the norm or is there something I can do?
Sorry - In all my snooping around the system I didn’t notice I had both the eth connected to local switch and also WiFi connected to a subnetwork/WiFi in another room. Disconnected the WiFi and voila, the speed is fine. Duh! apologies to anyone who wasted their time reading the original post.
