Album Sorting Wackiness

I’m running Volumio 2.389 on a PI-3 with a HIFIBerry DAC. So far the sound has been great and its been very stable. The only issue that really bothers me is Album sorting. Currently, my albums view seems to be sorted by a some combination of file folder, album artist, then album name. I would like them simply sorted by album name. I’ve seen some folks post some work arounds for grouping, but not for this issue. If anyone has any suggestions on addressing this, I’d appreciate it.

Same problem here.
I wonder how the albums are sorted.
I can do a search, but is is WAY too slow.
BTW, one could sort by different schemes : album, artist, composer, date …and so on.
As in Foobar !
