Add Thether AP MODE for Mobile Use without router or AP

  • To make the VOLMIO Server ( Raspberry PI 3 ) more common Usable .

  • Could you Please add the functionalty to use the Server as an theterd Accesspoint .

  • this will avoid the need of an Router or an Existing WLAN to use Volunio and
    will make it muchh more flexible in use as an Mobile solution .
