96 plays out at 44, but only on some albums…

For example, Brian Eno, Flux and Ship, both show as 96 in in Volumio playing from Qobuz, but come out as 44 on the DAC. Other albums are fine. Any ideas?

And here, should have searched more 1st 96khz quobuz streaming downsamples to 44.1 or 88.2
