20sec more boot time with current master branch

Yes looks very good. I have new compiled from master.
The time between power on and finished cromium is now 20sec. Before I had 45sec.

One little cosmetical thing I saw in log:

Mar 14 19:42:43 volumio-p systemd[588]: volumiosplash.service: Failed to execute command: No such file or directory
Mar 14 19:42:43 volumio-p systemd[588]: volumiosplash.service: Failed at step EXEC spawning /bin/volumiosplash.sh: No such file or directory

I think the service could be removed, the file is not more exist.

Splash is temporary on hold - boards can not boot when enabled and it is being investigated.

It is harmless on Raspberry Pi and you can add from here: https://github.com/foonerd/volumio3-os/blob/master/volumio/bin/volumiosplash.sh - just remember to download it in raw.
